I am Dorian, I am a Breath Coach, and I teach mental fitness.
I use the powerful tools of breath, ice, meditation, rhythm, and nature.
You will create immediate changes to control your anxiety, mitigate your energy level, and recover faster.
I call it BIO-HARMONIZING. It is a way to come closer to being in touch with ourself, listening to the mechanics already in place, seat back and adapting the responses.

This powerful and playful 2hrs in-person workshop will take you through a series of upregulating and downregulating breathwork, introduce you to basic hypoxic (low-oxygen) training, a deep relaxation state, and guide you through cold water immersion at low 30thF and sauna 200F heat (when available). You’ll learn to welcome the cold and heat with control over your stress. You’ll learn to alter your state using basic breath, ice practices, and leave feeling like you hit a much-needed reset button. You will experience to dialogue within and to create adapted responses to your inner states.
The goal here is simple:
Stimulate your muscular, cardiovascular and nervous systems, decrease inflammation, control your energy level, become more resilient, and pretty much get your all system to feel reset and refocused!
COVID-19 related information :
We’re all figuring out how to navigate gathering in groups and understand people have varying comfort levels.
Please remember to reserve your spot for classes and follow the guidelines:
We will be fully outdoor and we expect there could be other people sharing the space at this time.
We will follow the rules from the county, and the location we are using (Forma Gym..etc).
Please plan to bring and wear a mask if needed or if you feel more comfortable that way.
Feel free to dress in sportswear and bring layers, a swimsuit, and some flipflop/sandals.
Arrive 10min before the class, as we ask everyone to fill up and sign the waiver forms, and you may have some specific questions.
